Cowork Unite seeks a Customer Service Agent to assist with handling incoming inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels. The Customer Service Agent will answer all questions in a prompt and friendly manner and represent Cowork Unite at all times. The desired candidate should have at least one year’s experience in customer service, have a willingness to learn, be positive and an interest in coworking/traveling. To compensate, Cowork Unite will offer the Customer Service Agent a 12 week Cowork Adventure program of their choice.
